Kashmir issue: Govt should send Parliamentary delegations abroad, says PPP’s Kaira
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) leader Qamar Zaman Kaira on Friday said that only tweets would not work but the Parliamentary delegations should be sent abroad against Indian move to scrape occupied Kashmir’s special status.
Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, he said that the situation along the Line of Control (LoC) has deteriorated since the situation in the occupied Kashmir deteriorated after India revoked Article 370 and 35A.
Kaira went on to say that the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) failed to find anything despite keeping former president and PPP co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and his sister Faryal Talpur in custody for over 60 days.
“If they couldn’t prove anything against them in trial, who would be held responsible,” he added.
