ISLAMABAD, JUL 12 (DNA) – Zahid Latif Khan Chairman Islamabad Stock Exchange has lauded services of the outgoing US Consul General Josh Glazeroff which he rendered for promotion of bilateral relations.

Zahid hosted a farewell reception to say goodbye to the outgoing Consul General and welcome his successor, at ISE headquarters on Friday.

Members of business community and diplomats attended the farewell reception.4

The Chairman ISE further said that they were saying goodbye to Josh Glazeroff with a heavy heart as they had developed excellent working ties with the senior diplomat.

He said during US-Pakistan relations are getting better with each passing day and the upcoming visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan to USA would for sure contribute to further cementing of relations between the two countries.

Consul General Josh in his brief remarks thanked Zahid Latif for hosting him and hoped they will extend similar cooperation to his successor as well.

He welcomed PM Imran Khan visit to USA adding US President Trump likes to meet with new people.

The new Consul General Eric Cohan also spoke briefly. He said he would try to keep up momentum set by his predecessor.=DNA
