Pakistan wants to strengthen ties with friendly countries: President
ISLAMABAD, MAR 29 (DNA) – Envoys-designate of Japan, Apostolic Nunciature, Tajikistan, Guyana, Burkina Faso, Republic of Benin, Congo and Slovenia presented their credentials to President Dr. Arif Alvi, on Friday.
Later, the Ambassadors separately called on the President of Pakistan, Arif Alvi.
Speaking on the occasion, the President said that Pakistan wants to further strengthen its relations with all friendly countries.
He emphasized that today’s Pakistan provides very conducive environment for better investment and business opportunities.
The President hoped that investors from these countries will avail them by investing in diverse areas.
He also emphasized that regular exchange of bilateral delegations is essential for strengthening people-to-people contacts and forging strong political and economic linkages.
The President felicitated the newly appointed Ambassadors to Pakistan and hoped that they would work for further strengthening the existing ties of their respective countries with Pakistan.=DNA
