DNA Islamabad, Nov 4: Mukhtar Ahmed, Chairman, Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has congratulated the HEC Taekwondo women team on winning two medals, including a silver and a bronze medal, in the Combaxx 4th Asian Open Taekwondo Women Championship.
