Offshore companies are not illegal: Ishaq Dar

ISLAMABAD, 22 MAY, (DNA) – Finance Minister Ishaq Dar on Sunday said that setting up offshore companies is not illegal. Scotland Yard team reaches Islamabad to probe into Imran Farooq Case
